Welcome to Ghost's of Lineage II. By registering an account, downloading our client, or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.
- Account Ownership: All accounts, characters, items, and assets within the server remain the exclusive property of Ghost's of Lineage II. Players are granted a limited, revocable license to use these assets.
- Fair Play & Third-Party Software: The use of bots, macros, exploits, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software that automates gameplay or provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate and permanent hardware ban.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Ghost's Administration will never ask for your password and will not restore items lost due to account sharing or poor security practices.
- Behavior & Community: Real-Money Trading (RMT) involving server assets, severe toxicity, hate speech, impersonating a Game Master (GM), or advertising other servers will lead to account termination.
- Service Availability: We strive to provide a 24/7 seamless experience; however, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service for maintenance or other reasons without prior notice.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy and account security are our highest priority. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you interact with Ghost's of Lineage II.
- Data Collection: We collect necessary information for account creation and security, including your email address, IP address, Hardware ID (HWID), and in-game chat/activity logs to enforce our Terms of Service.
- Use of Information: The collected data is used strictly for account verification, password recovery, preventing fraudulent activities, and maintaining a fair gaming environment.
- Third-Party Integrations: If you choose to link your account using external services (like Google or Discord), we only receive and store basic identification tokens required for authentication.
- Data Protection: Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing algorithms before being stored in our database. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to outside parties.
Refund Policy
Ghost's of Lineage II is a free-to-play server. Any financial contributions made through our Web Panel are considered voluntary donations to support the server's infrastructure, development, and hosting costs.
- Virtual Currency: In appreciation of your support, you may receive "Web Coins." These coins are a virtual digital good, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.
- All Transactions are Final: Because the rewards (Web Coins) are delivered and consumed instantly upon successful payment, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations under any circumstances.
- Disputes and Chargebacks: Opening a dispute or chargeback through PayPal, your bank, or any payment gateway will result in an immediate, permanent ban of your game account and hardware ID.
- Banned Accounts: If your account is suspended or permanently banned for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., botting or RMT), you forfeit any right to access your remaining Web Coins, and no refunds will be issued.
